Bakari structures asset-backed securities that leverage Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) to deepen markets and achieve global distribution. We also work with originators, funds and companies to promote DLT enablement in financial markets.

Bakari primarily takes part in European issuances, with equal preference for select forward-looking Global projects.
