TokenBench Listing Requirements

• The project should present an innovative solution to a problem with a viable business model.
• The founding team should provide all the necessary information, documents and links such as the project's website, whitepaper, investment deck, roadmap, and team profiles.
• Projects with anonymous and pseudo-anonymous team members are rejected.
• If the project is launching a token, the token must have a valid use case where the it is used in one or more of the core functionalities of the product.
• The project should be beyond a idea or proof of concept stage. Only projects beyond the minimal viable product (MVP) or those in public alpha/beta stage will be considered.
• The project's offering and pricing shall undergo scrutiny to ensure a fair token/NFT/rewards/airdrop distribution and establish a justified value.
• The project should secure an audit for all their smart contracts from a reputable auditing firm.
• The project must demonstrate a vibrant and engaged community presence, indicative of a healthy ecosystem.
• The project must have existing funding in place and should not rely solely on the token/NFT sale for financing. Funds collected from the token/NFT sale should be primarily allocated towards advancing the development of the token/NFT ecosystem and use cases.
• The project should comply with the highest ethical standards and should not engage in any prohibitions and/or illegal activities including not limited to: Violence, gambling, betting, prediction, pornography, alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, dating services, debt/lending protocols, highly speculative financial instruments/derivatives, or any actions deemed unacceptable by TokenBench, including activities that may not be specified but fall under categories subject to prohibition, which TokenBench may review at any time.
• TokenBench may add to the requirements above and request for an additional materials, documents and references as necessary.
• TokenBench reserves the right to reject any listing application without providing justification.
